OK Have you tried to play your H-D with a Hammer on each finger?

Interesting. It was a bit hard to tell what he was doing in the audio clip on that website. Interesting idea, though. Not sure I want to try that, however. ;-)

I've seen something very similar - about 2 years ago when I first started playing. Don't think it is something I'll try anytime soon LOL!

Have you tried the hammers with the picks in the handle end? I got some for Christmas, and they actually work pretty good, although I found them to be a little too light for my liking.

LOL believe it or not, yes, I have tried those. The girl that makes these, and others, sent Dulcimer Dan a set. He broke them out and showed them to me the weekend he came and stayed with us. They were kind of hard to use, though, but nevertheless, a cute idea.
