Hi, I'm Alison
I have been interested in the dulcimer for quite some time and love its unique sound. I also love folk and traditional music. I am a learner and am returning to playing music [mainly piano] after a few years now that my children are past the tot stage and are showing an active interest in traditional and other types of music.
My husband is learning the melodeon and son and daughter [5 & 9] are also learning the melodeon and piano, so time for me to return to my musical past. We are both friends of the East Anglian Traditional Music Trust and live in Suffolk.
I look forward to reading, listening and learning more about the dulcimer from much more experienced players.
Alison
