The Belgian Francophone classical channel, Musique 3, has a World Music program Autour de Babel (http://www.rtbf.be/podcast/montrev2/index.htm?key=M3-BABEL&chaine=musiq3) which often contains central-Asian instruments, there was certainly some form of santoor on this evening 20.1.08 about half-way through.
