A Hammered Dulcimer player in Ireland has contacted me, asking where they could lay their hands on a good Dulcimer Stand. Any ideas? Of course, I don't use them myself, I either use my wee converted Director's Chair or lean it on a table. Cheers Dick

Rock & Roll Dulcimers ;D Impressive alright Jack, but I don't really fancy having an Oakwood hanging from my neck for too long! Cheers Dick

I wish I could find one! Those scissor stands available here aren't much good for me, my dulcimer is a 4 octave chromatic. I had to import it from America as I could not find such a thing here. I suppose that America will be the only source for a large adjustable stand, too. I have heard that it is possible to use an adjustable keyboard stand. Does any one have experience of this

Marc Ramser, here in Switzerland, makes stands and makes very big instruments... go look at www.saitenart.ch
