Came across this and thought it was interesting, www.rezavarzandeh.com/santur_assembly.htmI've seen a few comments that most Dulcimer traditions, outside of UK and USA, hold the hammers between the fingers rather than between finger and thumb and maybe we've got it wrong(can't remember where I read that though). It seems that Reza Varzandeh is advocating the opposite. Jack
