Renting a dulcimer

I'll be visiting England for a couple of weeks begining the 20 April and was wondering if any knows of any way I might rent an instrument (hammered dulcimer) whilst I'm there just so's I can keep practicing? I shall be based in Essex at my sister's in Silver End with a sojourn to Oxford . . . Thanks for any help or suggestions. No sweat if I can't as I hope to be doing plenty of bell-ringing, too
