Thanks for the WELCOME! My name is Bobby, and I'm from Grundy, VA USA. I'm a Preacher. Married since 1982, and have one son. I enjoy doing leatherwork and archery. I mostly play bluegrass/gospel music at Church. I play a Chromatic fretted Appalachian dulcimer, and use a capo a lot due to not being able to retune in our Church setting. I make my own Dulcimers. All but one I've made so far have been similar in shape to one I saw from 1800's Virginia. I'm currently building myself a new one with hourglass or fiddle shape. I'll also use an internal pick-up on this one to be able to get the volume up to hear it with the piano and guitars.
Hope to be able to be of some benefit to this forum. I like it here.
Bobby
