For those not aware, there is a US publication called Dulcimer Players News which caters mostly to US dulcimers/players/builders, both hammered and Appalachian. Occasionally there are articles on hackbretts and santurs, and I would hazard a guess that an article about the UK or European scene would be favourably received by them.
