Hallo, my name is Peter, I am from Germany and "discovered" the Mountain Dulcimer about six months ago in April 2012. I have been playing the guitar and the ukulele for many years before, but that diatonic instrument adds a new flavour to my collection of instruments. It has been a challenge to figure out the basics, but I enjoy to play my dulcimer very much. I have a German ukulele website www.fourstrings.de - but I already think about a new design with information on ukulele and mountain dulcimer. There are some dulcimer videos on my youtube channel: www.youtube.com/goschenhobelI want to re-record some of them as soon as my new dulcimers arrive (I had to play on a cheap Hora instrument up to now). So that's me - now I'll take the tour and check out the information here.
